Srinagar: An Indian army officer who was later identified as Rishkesh Choubey committed suicide in Poonch district of Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir (IIOJK).
An officer of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) committed suicide by shooting himself at mini secretariat of Poonch.
Meanwhile, an Indian soldier Rishkesh Choubey, who was injured in an accidental firing during a training exercise in Poonch district on Wednesday evening, succumbed to his injuries in a hospital.
