Srinagar: National Conference (NC) President, Farooq Abdullah, while exposing the reality of the past polls has warned the Modi regime and its armed forces against interfering in the process in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir ((IIOJK).

Addressing a gathering in Srinagar, referring to the reign of oppression unleashed by the Modi regime through its brutal forces, Farooq Abdullah stressed the need “to defeat the forces who are harassing people across” Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. “People at the helm of affairs should stop harassing people and also ensure justice is done to Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh as the people here have faced tremendous hardships,” he added.

The NC leader said, “Our identity has been snatched. The people from Jammu have realized that Article 370 was not meant for Kashmiris [valley] only. They have realized that the people from outside [India] are presently holding key positions in different departments.”

Meanwhile, the NC leader, Omar Abdullah while addressing the gathering also said the battle against the abrogation of Article 370 will be won constitutionally. “Out motive is clear and we will win this battle legally,” he said.
