Islamabad: Govt prepares dossier on Indian involvement in terror activities in Pakistan after the collection of evidence in the 2021 Johar Town blast in Lahore.

The government prepared a dossier in light of evidence collected during the probe into the Johar Town blast, govt prepares dossier on Indian involvement.

Recently, a TV Program aired on Indian TV Channel “Aaj Tak” refers suicide car bomb attack on Hafiz Saeed home in Lahore. TV report covered detailed planning/ execution of attack which was conducted by Indian intelligence agencies. Pakistan has “irrefutable evidence” of the involvement of Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in the blast at Johar Town, Lahore 2021 as three terrorists had been arrested.

India had transferred more than $800,000 to the terrorists to carry out the task. In a press conference, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah & Additional IG CTD Imran Mehmood said, “India is not only behind the Johar Town blast, but also found involved in fanning terrorism in Pakistan.” The minister added, “This is a matter of internal security and we are initiating the process to take it up at the international level.

The foreign affairs secretary will highlight the issue at different world forums, while Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto will raise the matter of Indian involvement in terror financing and subversive activities in Pakistan at the UN.” Imran Mehmood claimed, “We also found out that close to a million dollars of terror financing was done by India through RAW operatives and different channels to spread terrorism in Pakistan and linkages have been established”.

Red warrants of main RAW operatives including Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, Waeeem Haider Khan and Ajmal have been issued and the process of issuance of warrants of other “characters was under process.

The minister said, arrest of spy Kulbhushan Jadhav and his statement was sufficient to prove that India was involved in every act of terrorism in Pakistan and was adopting different ways for the purpose.

The recent incidences of apprehensions of Indian Armed Forces personal from Qatar and Guinea on the charges of espionage points towards Indian state’s involvement in operating intelligence networks in foreign countries. According to experts, by sponsoring terrorism against Pakistan from foreign territory, India had violated various Articles of the United Nations Charter including Article 2(4), Article 41(3) of the Vienna Convention, and Paras 2 and 5 of UN Security Council Resolution 1373 of 2001. In November 2020, Pakistan made public a dossier containing “irrefutable proofs” of the Indian “sponsorship of terrorism in Pakistan.”

The allegations were not new but it said they were backed by specific evidence of financing, training, and correspondence of terrorists. The international community can no longer turn a blind eye to this rogue behavior.
