Indian false projection of normalcy in IIOJK

Qaisar Mansoor

Since illegally revoking the special status of the illegally occupied Jammu & Kashmir in 2019 by repealing Article-370 of its Constitution, India has been making failed attempts to sell the false narrative of return of normalcy in the IIOJK.

Owing to the Pakistani efforts, the Kashmir issue was discussed at UNSC after a pause of 35 years in 2020, this was possible only due to Pakistan’s audacious diplomatic efforts against abrogation of 370 and 35A of Indian constitution. India was not prepared to face such persistent diplomatic onslaught by Pakistani state and caught off-guard.

To counter Pakistan’s achievement, India started malevolent propaganda campaign basing on false narratives. To refute international pressure, Indian used fake videos of the Muzaffarabad protest and circulating them as a part of its False Flag Operation just to divert the international attention from atrocities in IIOJK.

Few anti-elements influenced by Indian funding have also propagated a totally baseless narrative that Pak-India has mutually agreed to convert LoC into international border. India has been badly exposed in international circles for its state patronized anti human rights policies against the people of IIOJK demanding their rights according to UN resolution.

Indian has become a failed state under the leadership of Narendra Modi and has been repeatedly exposed for its anti-Pakistan campaigns. India has a history of orchestrating false flag operation under the pretext of broader hybrid warfare against Pakistan by manipulating media perception through fake news and disinformation campaign. The objective of Indian fabricated accusations against Pakistan is to sabotage and isolate Pakistan in international diplomacy.

Pakistan has clear and firm position on the Kashmir issue and India’s unilateral action of abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A and series of illegal acts enacted afterwards by Indian government have no legal basis and are in violation to UN resolution.

In view of this Pakistan has repeatedly demanded a peaceful solution of Kashmir problem as per the aspirations of people of IIOJK and UN resolution.
