Indian govt behind Parliament attack, 26/11: ex-Indian officer

New Delhi: A member of a Special Investigating Team (SIT) of India’s Central Bureau of Investigation had accused incumbent governments of “orchestrating” the terror attack on Indian Parliament and the 2008 Mumbai attacks, The Times of India reported.

A former Indian home ministry officer submitted his declaration in the Supreme Court of India which said that he was told by a former member of the CBI-SIT team that both the terror attacks (Parliament and Mumbai) were staged “with the objective of strengthening the counter-terror legislation(sic).”

A former Under Secretary of Indian Home Ministry R V S Mani, has revealed in the court that, “The Indian government, and not Pakistan, was behind the parliament attack (13 Dec 2001) and Mumbai attack (November 26, 2008) in India.

The said officer stood by his stance and revealed that this was an attempt made up by India to embolden the counter-terrorism laws in India and to defame Pakistan, particularly Lashkar e Taiba supported by ISI.

Mumbai Incident killed 167 people, including Hemant Karkare; in-charge of Anti-terror Squad. Indian Government and media without going into investigations out-rightly blamed Pakistan. Despite false allegations, Pak expressed condemnation of attack and offered to probe the incident. India mobilized its armed forces especially it’s Air Force after the attack but quick response of Pak Armed Forces put India on the defensive. India try to cover up its footprint in false flag operations.

An example of this case is murder of Mr. Hemant Karkare, Head of Anti-terrorist Squad, and Maharashtra. He was investigating the involvement of a serving Indian Army officer; Lt Col Prashad Srikant Purohit in a terrorist attack on Malegaon Mosque in 2008. Mr Hemant Karkare investigations revealed that Mr. Prashad along with a number of his accomplices were involved in the attacks on Samjohta Express 2007, besides a number other terrorist attacks. Mr. Hemant Karkare remained steadfast and determined to reveal the involvement of Hindu extremist in terrorist attacks in India, however, his death put these investigations on back burner.

The role of Ajmal Kassab along with his accomplices is shrouded in mystery and points towards tacit management of RAW given the suspicious behind the court proceedings that went on for years before Kasab’s final execution. Another perspective is that Pakistani LEAs were not allowed to interrogate Kasab despite repeated requests by Pakistan and he was sentenced to death. This shows the Indian pre-planned drama to hide any clue of the case.

Moreover, haste in hanging Kasab indicates that India used him as a tool against Pakistan fearing open and impartial proceedings may expose Indian agencies behind the plot. Indian high officials themselves admitted that Kasab was arrested before 2006 from Kathmandu by the Indian agency RAW with the help of Nepalese forces.

The book titled “The Betrayal of India: Revisiting the 26/11 Evidence” by Davidson is also testimony of Mumbai Attack as a False Flag by Indian and hostile intelligence agencies in order to malign Pakistan. It is also evident from Investigation carried out by CIA, FBI and Indian LEA’s that nothing substantial and cogent manifesting Pakistan’s involvement surfaced. Indian allegations are based on conjectures and aimed at getting political gains by BJP government.
