Maj Gaurav has based his insinuations on a video screening a Levies (Local Police) personal providing security to Local Administration officials during an anti-encroachment drive in Gilgit. The land grabbers started a protest against the team of Assistant Commissioner (AC) Gilgit leading the operation and shouted anti-administration slogans.
As per AC Gilgit the matter was part of routine affairs conducted by Civil Administration, initiated against the land grabbers who have encroached the State land, after serving repeated notices completing the necessary formalities.
