Indian court remands Kashmiri activist Khurram Parvez to NIA custody till February 25

New Delhi: A Delhi court has remanded noted Kashmiri activist, Khurram Parvez, who was arrested last year to the custody of India’s notorious National Investigation Agency (NIA) till February 25 along with two other accused persons in a false case.

NIA special Judge Parveen Singh also allowed the agency the custody of Muneer Ahmad Kataria and Arshid Ahmad Tonch.

The NIA had arrested Khurram Parvez and conducted search at his house and the office in Srinagar on November 22, 2021.

Recently, a Delhi court had extended the judicial custody of Khuram Parvez, Arshid Ahmad and Muneer Ahmad Kataria by 40 more days. Web Desk
