Indian Court sends human rights activist Khurram Parvez to judicial custody till March 24  

New Delhi: A Delhi Court sent human rights activist Khurram Parvez and two others namely Muneer Ahmad Kataria and Arshid Ahmad Tonch to judicial custody till March 24.

produced before the court on expiry of their custodial interrogation by India’s notorious National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The agency had arrested Khurram Parvez for his work related to human rights in IIOJK while former NIA officer Arvind Digvijay Negi for allegedly leaking secret documents.

The case was filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the draconian law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). Web Desk
