Indian media using all resources to spread fake news against Pakistan & promote Hindutva ideology

Islamabad: Indian media has become a mouthpiece of rightwing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Bharatiya Janata Party to promote their Hindutva ideology.

According to a research report, Indian media and journalists have no match in spreading false information and fake news particularly about Pakistan. It said, Indian media outlets and journalists are spreading hatred against Pakistan and making failed attempts to malign the country at the international level.

The report further revealed that Indian media and TV channels act as mouthpieces of Hindutva forces when it comes to Pakistan and Kashmir dispute. “Indian media’s coverage of Pakistan and Kashmir can be termed as travesty of professional journalism. Indian journalists and TV anchors are narrating what fits BJP-led Indian regime’s official policy regarding Pakistan and Kashmir,” it pointed out.

The report cited Arnab Goswami’s recent claim about Pakistan army’s alleged presence in Kabul’s Serena Hotel as the latest act of biased reporting on part of Indian media.

Goswami’s claim about presence of Pakistan army at ‘5th floor’ of 2-storey Kabul hotel has made him a laughing stock on Twitter. The Twitter users shared countless memes following Goswami’s absurd claims about the ‘5th floor’ of Kabul’s Serena Hotel. Indian bellicose journalist Goswami’s Kabul Serena Hotel lies have left him ref-faced

The report deplored that the RSS-aligned Indian media is on a mission to further the Hindutva ideology of Modi regime. Web Desk
