May be, it was a test mission to seek the reaction of Pakistan. Intellectuals opine that India planned aggressive tri-services exercises to test Pakistan psychical, political and psychological response.   On one side, India has termed it a technical failure and on the other hand BJP stalwarts termed this missile launched as celebration of the victory of Yogi Adityanath, to send a message to Pakistan that now the real warheads may be coming next.
