Islamabad: Fascist Modi-led Indian government planning to deprive Kashmiris of their identity by converting J&K’s Muslim majority into a minority.
A research report said, 5th Aug 2019 move, which scrapped Kashmir’s special status by removal of Articles 370 and 35A from the Indian constitution was, in fact, an attack by the fascist Indian regime on IIOJK’s Muslim identity.
The so-called Delimitation Commission, set up to redraw the constituencies in the occupied territory, is working on the Hindutva guidelines, a Hindu-supremacy ideology, to curtail representation of Muslims in the future assembly, it said.

By abrogating Articles 370 and 35A, the report maintained, India removed the barrier for non-locals to settle in IIOJK. “RSS-backed BJP regime is depriving Kashmiris of jobs and other opportunities in their own land and those who are already in service are being remove on one pretext or another,” it pointed out.
Abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A in IIOJK by India has political and legal dimensions. Politically, decision is in line with India’s anti- Muslim rhetoric. On the legal side, decision has scrapped political rights of Kashmiri Muslims.
Modi is now determined to carry out further delimitation in IIOJK which aims to somehow give the new state a “Hindu Chief Minister”, as many in BJP have hoped.
Since 5th August 2019 illegal unilateral action by BJP government to change the status of Kashmir, Pakistan has mustered up considerable diplomatic pressure on India.
