Indian judiciary’s bigotry forced Yasin Malik to withdraw defense lawyerd: JKLF

New Delhi: Kashmiri Leader Yasin Malik pleaded guilty to all the charges, including those under the stringent Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAOA), before a Delhi Court in a case related to alleged terrorism and secessionist activities that disturbed the Kashmir valley in 2017.

Whereas, Yasin Malik has denied all the allegations including terrorist act and other charges. India has already increased propaganda against pro-freedom leaders especially by recently released propaganda film “Kashmir Files” in which Muslims have been alleged for genocide and exodus of Kashmiri Pandits.

In propaganda film, “Kashmir Files” Yasin Malik and Farooq Ahmad Dar ex JKLF have been highlighted by name as terrorists to make a public opinion against them.  NIA Court decision against Yasin Malik and the propaganda done in film “Kashmir Files”, it is very obvious that Indian government may execute Yasin Malik who is already under detention in Tihar Jail New Delhi.

All Parties Hurriyat Conference leadership has expressed concern about the safety of illegally detained Hurriyat leaders, activists, youth and women languishing in different jails of India and IIOJK. Whereas, the custodial murder of Kashmir’s iconic leader Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai is a glaring example that the so-called justice system in India is part of illegal military regime in IIOJK.

Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK President Fahim Kayani said, “the justices installed in IIOJK give legal cover to war crimes, crimes against humanity committed by Indian occupying forces in IIOJK which is a blatant violation of international law and demands that UN must stand up and intervene in India to deliver justice to people.” Web Desk
